Service Description
At this follow-up session, you will receive your personalized roadmap for the wellness journey taking you to your health goals! You will receive suggestions and fail-safes to make sure your adventure is well-balanced and practical for you! Follow-up consults are also appropriate for significant changes in life or health that require adjustments to your previously established plan.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: The time of your appointment is reserved for you. Please give 24 hours notice if you are unable to keep your appointment. Appointments less than 24 hours beforehand will be charged half of the amount of the office visit charge. Emergencies are handled case-by-case. ​No-Show Policy: If you do not call and cancel your appointment, you will be charged the full amount of the time reserved for you, billed to your credit card on file. Insurance clients will be billed personally for missed appointments. Any gift certificates or promotions to be used will be forfeited.
