Float therapy is used to reset the body and the mind. The Epsom salt is a natural anti-inflammatory, managing chronic and acute pain.  

 

As you float weightless the spine decompresses and all pressure is released from your muscles and joints. The water around you matches your skin temperature causing you to lose connection between where you end and the water begins. Your brain enters a deeply relaxed state that lowers cortisol and increases dopamine and endorphins.

Our far-infrared sauna uses infrared light to heat your body from the inside out.

Traditional saunas heat the air around you and raise your outer skin temperature, but our far-infrared sauna raises your internal temperature causing you to detox and sweat at a much deeper level.
